Spring is peeking around the corner, and what a joy it is to see the first green leaves unfurling on the trees and splashes of colour from early blooms brightening up the village.
As always, Greyton is buzzing with energy and community spirit. Over the past months, we’ve seen some truly wonderful fundraisers in aid of important causes. These events don’t just happen by magic – they take hours of dedication, planning, and hard work. A heartfelt thank you goes out to all the organisers and volunteers who quietly put in so much effort behind the scenes.
Looking ahead, the next couple of months promise to be a celebration of all things Greyton. The Canola Roller, the ever-charming Greyton Rose Fair with the much-loved Open Gardens are all on the horizon. Even a fun Olympics for our more active residents and animals in the village!
It would be remiss not to mention the spectacular winter we’ve enjoyed this year. From clear crispy morning skies to those warm, golden afternoons, it’s been a season that reminded us how lucky we are to live in such a beautiful valley.
Here’s to spring, community, and all the joys still to come.
